Sound Blaster Live + Windows 7 and Vista Driver Works!
Cant get that sound blaster to work in the new versions of windows? Here is the last place from creative to download the soundblaster live drivers that actually work with Windows 7 and Vista. You need LiveDrvUni-Pack(ENG).exe

Click through agree with the terms and click the YES button or

What you need is the driver pack and winrar, just unrar the driver pack to a folder, go into your device manager, and right-click on the mulitmedia device not found, update the driver, and browse for file, point the file to the directory you just created with the extracted LiveDrvUni-Pack(ENG).exe
It looks like creative has been pulling this file, the asia site is the only link I could find, if anyone else has an official mirror, please post.

This is tested with the CT4670. I think it is a Sound Blaster Live! Value, will try it with a ct4780 Sound Blaster Live! 5.1 next.
This is working for me great after 2 days w/o sound, everything else in Windows 7 worked great, why not the SB Live? Oh well, hope creative keeps this driver published, it was very hard to find.

http://kxproject.lugosoft.com seems to be an alternative to the Creative driver. Warning: I have not tested this driver.
